Install Mullvad app on Windows

MULLVAD APP

Last updated: 18 April 2020

This guide explains how to install and uninstall the Mullvad VPN app for Windows users.

Installation requirements

  • Windows 7 or later (64-bit).

Windows 7 notice

Windows 7 is not supported by Microsoft since January 14, 2020 and it won't get any more security updates so we don't recommend using that. However the Mullvad app will still work. Our TAP adapter driver is signed with SHA 2 and requires two Windows Updates to be installed (this applies to Windows 7, not 8 or 10).
