Version 55 of the Mullvad client is now available for download.
The changes in this version are mostly under-the-hood work, fixing some bugs and improving the stability of some features. Most notably, the 'Block internet on connection failure' feature now properly handles multiple network interfaces and a side effect of this is enabling 'Block internet on connection failure' in combination with 'Stop DNS Leaks' will actually provide protection against the new type of DNS leaks that was introduced in Windows 8 and 10. On those platforms, we have therefore added a message in the client GUI recommending users to enable both settings. Note however that this vulnerability only applies to users with multiple active network interfaces.
As usual, a more detailed list of the changes in the new version is available here.
