Request a receipt (invoice) for your payments

Please note that you have to be logged in to the Mullvad account number that created the payment token, and also that the payment tokens only exist for up to 40 days after the payment.

If you do not know how to find your payment token, please read our Lost accounts guide, and click on the payment option you used.

Steps to generate a receipt.

  1. Open our Request a receipt page in Firefox.
  2. Select your Payment method. If your payment method is not available but you have a token for the next step then select any Payment method.
  3. Enter your Payment token.
  4. Click on Download receipt.
  5. Click on OK to save the PDF file.

Note that it is not possible to add a company name or address. If you need that then email your request and information (Mullvad account number, country, company name and address) to support@mullvadvpn.net. We do not reverse charge VAT.
