Downloading a receipt

This guide explains how to download a receipt for your payment.

Not covered ❌

Apple App Store, Google Play

Note that we do not provide receipts for in-app purchases made in the Mullvad app for iOS or Android. Apple and Google should send you a receipt to your mail that you use with them.

Vouchers

We do not provide receipts for vouchers. The reseller should provide you with that.

Covered ✅

Payment token provided

• Bank wire, Cash, PayPal, Swish.
• Stripe: Credit/Debit card, iDEAL/Wero, Przelewy24, Bancontact, EPS.

No payment token provided

• Cryptocurrencies - e-mail us directly as there is no payment token you can use.

How to download a receipt

You can download a receipt by yourself up until 20 days after you paid. After that you can e-mail us and provide your Mullvad account number so we can assist you.

1. Log in on Mullvad.net with your Mullvad account number that you paid to.
2. Go to the Request a receipt page.
3. Click on the tab for the payment method you used: Credit card, PayPal, Swish or Other.
4. Read the instructions to find out how to locate your payment token.
5. Enter your payment token in the text field.
6. Click on Download receipt.

If you can not find your token or if it does not work then send us an e-mail with your account number included.

Request an invoice

You can not customize a receipt before you download it. If you need a company name and address on it then e-mail us your request. Remember to include your Mullvad account number, your country and the details you want added to the invoice. Note that we do not reverse charge VAT.
